Back to GTD
E di nuovo sto provando un software per organizzare le cose da fare. Sto giro è il turno di Things 0.8.6. Non è ancora alla release definitiva, infatti questa è una public beta, ma è piuttosto stabile… L’interfaccia è molto semplice, la piu’ semplice tra i programmi GTD che ho provato finora (a parte TaskPaper), il che è cosa buona. SqLite:si tratta di un server SQL gratuito, piccolo software scritto in C. Compila al volo sotto OsX 10.4 e va davvero bene. Ogni Db è costituito da un singolo file, cosa che dovrebbe semplificare il trasferimento su altre macchine senza bisogno di dump…A quel che ho letto è una buona soluzione quando un singolo utente ha necessita’ di un database ma non è altrettanto funzionale per...

Magrathea, georeferencig app →
Al momento sto smanettando con Magrathea, software conosciuto grazie a qualche blog su GIS etc. Si tratta di un’applicazione per georeferenziare fotografie (locali o su flickr). Per ora va con Yahoo maps ma sembra che sia possibile in futuro un supporto per google maps/earth. EDIT: magrathea ha cambiato proprieta’… vedremo come svilupperanno la cosa..

Fundamentally an experiment..
This sould be some sort of experiment, some kind of test, some way to try something different…I already have a blog (a kind of..) and I don’t update that (too hassle). Shall see if this goes better.. or if this will be the only post for the next 2 months..
